In Studio33 - - element of Eenhoorn Meeting Center - Onemeeting.com is having a big party today. Employees arrive lavishly or scantily dressed at the most fun company party of the year. Glitter & Glamor appears to be a perfect theme to celebrate the success of Onemeeting.com in 2019. During the vibrant festive atmosphere, the many heroes of the organization receive well-deserved awards. Fireworks, music and dance accompany the ode to the entire Onemeeting.com team. Yet there appears to be more going on. Glitter & Glamor goes beyond just the celebration of the past year. In his annual 'State of the Union', Luc van Bussel (Chief Hospitality Officer) announces the new ambition of Onemeeting.com. Not much later, he unveils Onemeeting.com's new brand strategy, the 'Love Brand', and presents it to all employees of the online company. Afterwards we get the background of this big news from him.

What a magical evening. Is this your highlight of the year?
"Absolute! The New Year's event has become our annual supreme moment. We reflect (what is called silent) on all our highlights of last year and thank our entire team for their exceptional contribution every time. The party is an ode to the people who make our customers happy every day with our solutions. We call it our annual family celebration. The family feeling prevails in our organization.”

What makes Onemeeting.com a family?
“Onemeeting.com is a family business for 37 years. Together with Michiel Heilijgers we are the proud owners of this beautiful company. We cherish the close family spirit as the main reason for our success. We believe that people give their best when they feel like a fish in water. As a paterfamilias, I see it as my most important task to nurture the 'Family together' feeling in every possible way. This party shows that we are very happy with each other. That seems to me to be the beginning of everything.”

What did you reveal tonight? I saw fireworks?
“Tonight we will take all colleagues along in our ambition to make Onemeeting.com even more successful in the coming years. That's why we've completely revamped our brand strategy and our family spirit is at the forefront of everything we do. Our new logo, slogan and house style now really show who we are. The new website breathes our core values and that is very important to us as a 'family'. That gives a lot of energy and inspiration. You feel that tonight, goosebumps.”

What are the main innovations we will experience?
“Everything comes together in our new slogan 'Home of Meetings'. For us, that says it all. Home of Meetings gives our customers complete confidence that we want to be responsible for all their meetings at home and abroad. 'A home for every meeting' is a beautiful, warm Dutch translation of our new mission. We are very proud that we can now work at full speed on our international expansion. As a pioneer in the Dutch meeting industry, we now want to focus even more on the international market for business meetings.”

What goals are there for 2020?
“Our main goal remains to make our customers happy with our solutions. In 2019, we were able to make 4.000 customers happy with 23.000 meetings organized by Onemeeting.com. 400.000 guests visited our affiliated locations for a business meeting. We are only satisfied when these guests and customers go home with a smile. Our ambition to organize a perfect guest and customer experience comes from the heart. We call this 'heartworks'. We would like to be the 'Coolblue' of the Meeting industry.”


Onemeeting.com is a fast-growing intermediary in the business meeting industry and offers a total range of meeting and conference locations for companies, organizations, institutions and governments. In 2019, the platform mediated >23.000 meetings internationally for more than 4.000 clients.
