Impress with a video about your location! With a video of your location you tell the story. This way you tell what you do and why your location is unique in a way that really hits home. Do you have a video? Then deliver it to us and we will place it on your page. No video yet? We can help you with that.

Onemeeting.com uses exposure via social media. Especially via LinkedIn we have a large reach and receive many responses. We have almost 1.000 followers and a monthly reach of about 40.000 views. We are also active on Facebook and Instagram where we have over 900 followers.

  • If you opt for the 'Activate SILVER' package, you can use a post on the social media channels of Onemeeting.com, when your location is live on our site and is therefore bookable.
  • If you choose 'Activate GOLD', we will post something about your location once a quarter. Of course in consultation with you.

At Onemeeting.com you can also use a 360 degree tour of your location to map it out perfectly. With a 360-degree tour, it seems as if you are in the shoes of a visitor. You can make a selection yourself what you want to see from the location and rotate the image completely 360 degrees, so that the image can be viewed from all angles. Do you have a 360 degree tour? Then deliver it to us and we will place it on your page. Not yet a 360-degree tour? We can help you with that.

FAQ

Choose the package that best suits your location and click sign up. You will then receive an email from us with a link where all facilities, photos and texts can be uploaded. Our marketing team will get started with your location page. As soon as it is ready you will receive a link from us for approval.

As soon as one of our customers wants to make a booking at your location, we will coordinate a “Business collaboration” with you. With this we offer a fast quotation service for all (one-off) meeting requests and your location is always included in regional, national and international tenders. When we book a final meeting at your location, we charge a standard commission of 12% on the net invoice value.

We would regret not welcoming your location in the 'Home of Meetings'. However, we believe that cooperation is a two-way street and should therefore be pleasant for everyone. That is why all Activate locations can be canceled monthly from day one, unless agreed otherwise in consultation. You can confirm your cancellation in writing to MeetingVenues@onemeeting.com.
