Organizing a small symposium or conference? Or a meeting with a relatively large group in a U-shape? Modern in atmosphere and design and a capacity of up to 110 guests in a theater setup.
A large plenary session with multiple breakout rooms? This flexible room is suitable for groups of up to 140 people and has several adjacent sub-rooms. Always the right room for your meeting.

Sustainable meetings & dining at the Buitensoos
At the Nieuwe Buitensociëteit you can also choose to have climate-neutral meetings. How it works? They have calculated the CO2 emissions for each (meeting) arrangement in collaboration with Groenbalans. For a small contribution you can voluntarily offset the emissions of your meeting by investing in the Verra CO2 compensation project 'Run of the River' Karanata in India.
In the restaurant you can enjoy an extensive lunch buffet. A large part of the products are regional products from the Zwolle urban farmlands. A cooperative of organic farmers on the outskirts of Zwolle. De Nieuwe Buitensociëteit serves largely vegetarian lunch options and of course they are happy to take allergies into account.
Accessibility & parking at the Buitensoos
Located close to Zwolle CS and close to the highway, Nieuwe Buitensociëteit Meeting Center Zwolle is perfectly accessible. From the highway you can reach Nieuwe Buitensociëteit in just 10 minutes and you can park next to the door. It is only a few minutes' walk from the station and because Zwolle is the largest rail junction in the Netherlands (after Utrecht), the connections by train are excellent.
Are you coming by car? Then you can reach Nieuwe Buitensociëteit within 10 minutes from the highway (exit Zwolle Zuid or Zwolle Centrum on the A28). You can park next to the Nieuwe Buitensociëteit in the car park (entrance from Stationsweg Zwolle), which has 110 spaces. The parking rate is €2,20 per hour with a maximum of €11 per day.
