At Enexis, we're increasingly looking for meetings, meetings, meetings. We're an organization of 4500 people with approximately 60 secretaries. Within such a large organization, it takes a tremendous amount of time to organize this efficiently. Our secretaries were constantly calling, asking the same question: "I need a room at this time, is there availability?"

The invoicing process was also a challenge. With every invoice we received, we were faced with the question, "Who booked it again? Has this been approved yet?" We had almost one FTE working on Onemeeting. A lot of time was spent figuring out who had placed the order, and therefore which cost center should be charged to.

We were therefore looking for one partner who could fully digitize our booking process and invoice process and thus make it more efficient.
