Of course you can enjoy the Planetarium Amsterdam. Make your training, meeting, conference or event a controversial and tasteful moment. Planetarium Amsterdam has developed VIT Food where they believe that the nutritional values are tailored to dishes and inspired with a passion for vitality. The aim of the VIT kitchen is to retain nutritional value in the products from field to kitchen and therefore the dishes are iron-rich, fiber-rich and energy-rich. It was developed in the belief that a healthy kitchen can and should be both tasty and nutritious, but nothing is mandatory and everything is allowed.
VIT food at Planetarium Meeting Center
Earth stands for natural dishes, inspired by VIT food. How can food make you feel more powerful and energetic using natural products and ingredients? Restaurant Aarde mainly uses sustainable and local suppliers with organic, natural and especially seasonal products and soil products from its own vegetable garden. In addition, they avoid E numbers, refined sugars as much as possible and they work a lot with allergy-avoiding products. The food is prepared through a cooking process to preserve vitamins and enzymes. A zero waste policy has also been implemented. By using natural products from the land and suppliers who support this, we consciously purchase with the CSR policy.
Earth is inspired by its own vegetable garden. This makes it all even tastier!
Lunch at Aarde? Then delicious sourdough sandwiches, vital salads from our own vegetable garden and a hot snack of the day await you. The Planetarium also offers conscious drinks with beetroot balls, vegetarian BBQ options and dinner options with delicious regional organic products.
Accessibility of Planetarium Amsterdam by car
Planetarium Meeting Center is very easily accessible via the A1, A2 and A9. Please note: The address for the navigation system is Loosdrechtdreef 3, Amsterdam.
Guests can use the paid, spacious parking lot P1 with parking tokens. €8,50 for half a day and €12,50 for a whole day.
Accessibility Planetarium by public transport
If you travel by train, take metro 53 from Amsterdam Central Station or Amsterdam Amstel Station towards Gaasperplas. Get off at the Gaasperplas final stop and follow the cycle path to the left. After a 2-minute walk you will find this location on your right.
From Bijlmer Arena Station or Weesp Station, take bus 49 and get off at the Gaasperplas stop. From the bus station, follow the cycle path to the left and after a 1-minute walk you will find this location on your right.

The Gaasper Park was constructed for the Floriade, the world-famous flower exhibition that took place in 1982.
