The hotel has 7 spacious meeting rooms and 3 boardrooms. The 3 largest rooms were completely renovated in 2017 and can be combined for a maximum capacity of 350 people in a theater setup. The Presidential boardroom on the sixth floor has a beautiful view over the skyline of The Hague and can accommodate 14 guests. In this boardroom you also use the reception room, which is also suitable as a break-out room for up to 8 people. The Royal boardroom and Promenade Private Room can accommodate 10 guests.
