At De Polderij you will not find 'standard' meeting rooms. The rooms are designed for specific session goals. This includes workshops, presentations, coaching, group discussions or brainstorming sessions. At this location, the nature of the area gives a positive appearance. You can enjoy the plants, green walls and natural shapes of the nature reserve. All rooms have dimmable lighting, adjustable temperature, movable furniture and good audiovisual equipment. This way you can decorate your space according to your personal preferences. The rooms are available for a maximum of 120 people. There is also room for individuals and groups of 2 people or more who want to meet in peace.

Mereveld is the right place for a meeting room. The location offers eight unique rooms that feature old elements with a beautiful modern design. The eight rooms have a capacity of 2 to 700 people. All technical facilities are available in the rooms. This includes a projector, flipchart and other visual aids. The rooms have many options in terms of layout. This way, all conference rooms can be combined for a large group.

De Dyck is an event location with a unique experience of luxury, comfort and the atmosphere of farm life. Here you will find peace, inspiration and creativity at your business meeting, party or wedding. Our vegetable garden is the green heart of our company. The dishes are fresh and organic. Respect for the environment and nature is therefore important to De Dyck. When you taste the dishes you will become acquainted with the real Dutch soil.

Anyone who steps onto the grounds of Buitenplaats de Heeserhof is faced with one surprise after another. Suddenly you find yourself in an unexpected world. An inspiring spatial garden, where you will be happy from the start with the peace and space you experience, this naturally contributes to the meeting. This farm has four different indoor spaces and one outdoor space, all of which can be used flexibly. These all give your event a different atmosphere. The Living Room is a room with an area of ​​90 square meters, with a maximum capacity of 70 people. You will quickly feel at home here after a delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. De Deel is a meeting room with lots of natural light and a view of the green surroundings. This room has a capacity of up to 75 people. De Potstal is an attractive space that is perfect for meetings or presentations, and De Paardenstal is a modernly furnished space where you can organize an event for up to 150 people.

De Riethoeve consists of four different rooms, each with its own design and charm. In addition to the spacious lounge, the location has three other spacious rooms. Presentations can be given in the large hall for groups of up to 60 people. The three smaller rooms are suitable for meetings, training and workshops for 5 to 15 people. All rooms are attractively decorated. The location also has a professional sound system with mixing desk and wireless microphone, lighting system, flip charts, white boards, projection screens and a projector.

In the vicinity you will find the historic center of Delft with nice sights. At this location people are challenged to create new win/win situations with an eye for society and the environment. The atmosphere of the Uylenburg is open and natural. Buitengoed de Uylenburg has three different meeting rooms. All rooms are equipped with a projector, projection screen, flipchart and wireless internet. The rooms offer a maximum capacity of 25 people.
