Since 1986, the Industry Association for ICT and Telecommunication Large Users (BTG) has been representing the interests of Dutch companies and institutions that make extensive use of corporate communication. BTG is an association that organizes network meetings, in which the sharing of knowledge and experience is central. BTG represents its members before domestic and foreign regulators. The association has more than 180 members from both the business community and the government.
Challenge
BTG organizes many meetings and that is why it is useful if this can be arranged via a single counter. We were looking for a party where we could pass on our wishes and that the rest would then be taken care of.

It is nice to have one contact person who arranges everything quickly and accurately for us. I don't have to switch with all kinds of contacts, so this way we can arrange everything quickly. The online booking system also works very well, so we can digitally change and confirm our meetings, among other things.
Result
We are still in the start-up phase of our extensive collaboration. We have already organized several meetings via Onemeeting.com. For example, we booked a whole day at SS Rotterdam and a training at Meeting Center Planetarium Amsterdam.
