Challenge

We were looking for a cooperation partner who can facilitate centrally located locations close to public transport throughout the country. We provide training for the government where it is important that locations are easily accessible by public transport. With courses, if the location isn't great, the course certainly isn't. It is important that a learning environment is a pleasant environment where people feel comfortable, that all facilities are available and that you are completely unburdened.

We looked for locations throughout the Netherlands that are easily accessible, mainly by public transport. As a result, we quickly ended up at Onemeeting.com. We have been using the various locations offered via Onemeeting.com for years with positive experiences.

How Onemeeting.com helped

The Meeting Experts are always very helpful in finding a suitable location for a course. Our course material is also always well received and laid out at the locations. It is always organizationally correct. Everything is ready and we will be informed if any material is left behind. That's all very nice, you don't have to think about it yourself.
The Meeting Experts proactively think along with us. Recently we had someone in a wheelchair, everything was set up for that. The locations of Onemeeting are also excellent for this, so that is taken into account. In Utrecht we had a student who was visually impaired and had a supervisor with him. This was also perfectly arranged and facilitated.
It also goes well with regard to reservations and cancellations. It always takes place in consultation and if something does not go well, it is always dealt with adequately and resolved excellently.

Benefits

The advantages are of course that you work on the basis of a cooperation agreement, so that you know where you stand, you have fixed annual agreements. We also have access to the online reservation system. We can therefore easily pass on and/or change plans and numbers, which in turn saves us time.

Result

It saves us a lot of time because we have one contact person and can also arrange things online whenever we want. The lines are short, the Meeting Experts always think proactively, no question is too much and they are very flexible towards us. The cooperation is very pleasant and we are satisfied with the service.
Our customer satisfaction survey, which we conduct every two years, shows that our open training courses are assessed as extremely positive, with a 9,6! The location then of course plays an important role in this assessment and that is due to the accessibility, atmosphere, service and facilities. It is very nice that by choosing a good location, our customer satisfaction is rated so highly and this in turn contributes to the experience of the students.

The price-quality ratio is excellent in that respect. I therefore regularly recommend Onemeeting.com. Recently at a department of the Ministry. They were looking for a centrally located location in Utrecht. Then, of course, I referred them to Onemeeting.com.
