Challenge

We were looking for a reliable and flexible supplier who can think along with us and fulfill our needs. Railcenter needed to expand its training portfolio and therefore providing training in Amersfoort alone was not enough. Our safety training had to be provided at various locations throughout the Netherlands.

Collaboration arises

Railcenter only has training and exam space in Amersfoort and wanted to be able to offer safety training at other locations in the country. Because Onemeeting.com has a partnership with multiple locations as an intermediary, we can now offer training courses at various locations in the country.

We work with Onemeeting.com because they offer what we want. Onemeeting.com offers a total package. This mainly means filling in the wishes and needs, but also coming up with a solution to classify it as efficiently and effectively as possible for both parties, or to pour it into a process. The solution was, for example, to deploy supervisors during exams and to place sufficient laptops at the locations during a digital exam. Onemeet.com takes full responsibility for the planning for deploying the supervisors. This also applies to installing, storing and maintaining the laptops. This means that we really offer a total solution where we are completely unburdened.

How Onemeeting.com helped

What I am also very happy about is that everything was operationally arranged when the training sessions started: all classrooms were ready as they should be, everyone was able to take digital exams and trainers were received nicely. Completely perfect!

I also really enjoy the contact with the Meeting Experts. First Anouk and now Stéphanie. I simply send the Meeting Expert a list and within a day I receive feedback about the possibilities, so that goes very quickly. In addition, they also ensure that everything is properly booked and everything is ready.

The possibilities to offer training at multiple locations and all this via one contact person. What I also really like is that you supervise and therefore also take care of the entire planning. This saves us a lot of time. Everything is actually arranged when the training starts, and we don't really have to worry about that once it has been agreed.

Result

The approach of Onemeeting.com has ensured that we can provide training at various locations in the country according to our quality standards and that is of course what we would like. It is nice that there is one permanent contact person. This has given us a lot of efficiency, because we spend much less time internally arranging the training courses. The billing flow is also pleasant. We do not receive separate invoices from all locations, but everything runs through one party, so we only receive one invoice.
