YOIN excellent meeting places and The Onemeeting Company enter into a partnership

The One Meeting Company, known as Next Generation Meeting Management company, joins forces with YOIN excellent meeting places, the independent quality label for locations aimed at business meetings. The aim of this collaboration is to improve the quality that meeting locations in the Netherlands offer, by testing independent insight, stimulating the exchange of knowledge and providing support for the further and structural improvement of sustainable quality.

Together for even higher quality
“Quality of a location is the factor that contributes to the decision-making process of clients. Practice shows that the desired, high quality is by no means always self-evident. Through the collaboration with YOIN excellent meeting places, we offer both clients and locations tools to take their quality to the next level through knowledge and insight,” says Kevin van Grondelle, Business Development Director at Onemeeting.com. The collaboration ensures that clients can more consciously choose quality locations that continuously, actively and visibly work on the quality objectives set by YOIN excellent meeting places. On the other hand, the locations certified by Onemeeting.com and YOIN as excellent meeting places receive year-round support in the development of their location in areas such as sales, marketing, service and sustainability.

Insight and benchmark data as basis for upgrade
The Onemeeting Company consists of onemeeting.com en One Meeting Services. Based on their own expertise, both companies enter into a partnership with YOIN excellent meeting places. Onemeeting.com, known as the platform for all (sustainable) business meetings at home and abroad, has added YOIN excellent meeting places as a new filter when upgrading its booking environment. At the moment, more than 40 locations are YOIN certified, 28 of which are also connected to the Onemeeting.com platform and can be used to search, compare and book via Onemeeting.com.

With this collaboration, both parties strive to support locations with meeting rooms in order to increase their quality and therefore the level of service and sustainability. “Factors that are by no means self-evident, but play an increasingly important role in attracting and retaining good staff and clients. We test these factors in the audit and the data dashboard offers insights for locations, partly because of the benchmark,” says Marie-Louise Buckens, connector of YOIN excellent meeting places.
