Onemeeting.com is the first intermediary in meetings to offer “Climate-neutral meetings” for all (international) business meetings

onemeeting.com (formerly Onemeeting.nl) is the first intermediary in meetings to make it possible to hold climate-neutral meetings anywhere in the world. In association with Green balance In recent months, research has been carried out into the integral CO2 emissions of all meeting types, packages and separate overnight stays: from a one-hour meeting with coffee & tea to an all-in three-day meeting with overnight stay. “From the market there is a huge need to take the environment into account when organizing a meeting, says Madeloes van Rooijen-Karremans (director of Onemeeting.com). That is why we have made it possible for all our customers to hold climate-neutral meetings.”

Gold Standard CO2 Offset Project

On the basis of this study, Groenbalans has determined the CO2 compensation that is realized by means of certified CO2 rights. These rights are linked to a Gold Standard CO2 compensation project: Cook stoves in Rwanda. For a small amount, an overnight stay or meeting is climate neutral. In this way, Onemeeting.com can guarantee all its customers a climate-neutral meeting (international).
