All data from your location is available 24/7 in real time, so that you have a good feeling and we can actively aim for a higher return. With OMS, your location can be booked online in real time, we automatically apply yield and revenue policies and all departments are provided with the correct information on a commercial and operational level.

Our experienced professionals who are always the point of contact for meeting & event planners. They take requests for your location, call every customer and inventory & qualify every request. They then prepare the quotations, maintain contact with the customer and consciously aim for the conversion of each request. Interim changes are also discussed by them and recorded in OMS. Our Meeting Experts are a 100% fully-fledged and cheaper alternative to your own reservation team.

As a Connected™ partner you can count on marketing for your location that really reaches bookers of meetings, events and conferences. You will also receive the Activate Gold package as standard. The sales team maintains relationships with all contract customers. As a permanent point of contact for buyers and directors, they are the guiding hand in the location choices of meeting & event planners. Our sales team also goes to appointments for you, gives new (potential) customers tours of your location and identifies trends and developments that we anticipate together. Your own sales or account manager on location is no longer necessary, but is of course still allowed.

Contacts & services annually configures the necessary data, such as prices and conditions, in OMS. They do this for both your regular customers and for the regular rates & conditions of your location. That includes at a minimum:

  • Pricing at multiple price levels, including VAT breakdowns;
  • Yield policy based on a yield calendar with revenue management advice;
  • Authorizations for different prices and/or conditions.
