Onemeeting.com makes sustainable meetings even more important with an upgraded booking environment
Onemeeting.com sees the demand from institutions, companies and governments for real sustainable locations increasing. Sustainability is no longer limited to the environment and climate. Realizing social return and supporting SMEs are given a lot of attention. The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility has been increasing for years, but bookers within the meeting industry do not see at a glance how a location contributes to this. Onemeeting.com continues (after the launch of WCARE.one) its CSR movement with 15 new sustainability filters for meeting locations in a renewed booking environment.
New durability filters
With the new CSR filters, sustainable locations get the most attention on the booking platform Onemeeting.com. Bookers of meetings can filter on social aspects, such as locations that employ employees with a distance to the labor market, have an inclusiveness policy or are Great Place to Work certified. This is also clear when locations contribute to the personal vitality of guests through fully organic catering, mindfulness activities or quiet rooms. “Locations that take the lead in sustainable entrepreneurship deserve a podium. We can give them that platform. As an intermediary, we want to take that responsibility. With a total of 25 sustainability filters and an updated booking environment, searching, comparing & booking truly sustainable locations has become even more transparent,” says Laura Arp, Marketing Manager.
Renewed booking environment
In addition to all the new sustainability filters, the booking environment on Onemeeting.com has also been further developed. The homepage, the search result and the comparison page have had an upgrade in design and functionalities. This makes it possible to not only search and filter the locations based on sustainability, but also to compare them. “Corporate social responsibility is the responsibility of everyone within a company. Even behind the scenes I can make a difference with these kinds of technical developments.”, says Myrna Hoogendoorn, Meeting System Manager.
CSR movement with WCARE.one
