Our years of experience in operating hotels, meeting, conference & event centers have given us insight into the complete digitalization of location processes. It is an all-in-one business solution that works from onemeeting.com in combination with the services from Onemeeting Services, it is offered to all companies and organizations with meeting rooms. The system can be used for both the booking customer and the internal operations of the meeting venue. The centralized database offers unprecedented possibilities in the configuration of a location, from rooms and rates to the hiring policy. The system is completely built and designed for Meetings & Events, so the functionalities far exceed the PMS of hotels or offices.

OMS Onemeeting System has been developed together with development partner The Gateway Digital over the past 10 years, bringing together the knowledge of 39 years of pioneering in facilitating all forms of meetings. From large to small, daily or once a year.

OMS Onemeeting System is a Property Management system (PMS), Client Management system (CMS) and an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) in one. The system has full integration with AFAS Profit and is cloud based. Since June 2021, OMS Onemeeting System has been ISO 270001 certified.

Functions and modules in OMS Onemeeting System
OMS Onemeeting System consists of various modules. The modules are organized per function; There are modules aimed at customer management for commercial activities, modules for operational implementation in the locations and modules for the financial handling of bookings by the administration. In addition, some supporting modules for extensive reporting and efficient task management for users have been developed.

The main functions that have been digitized are:

  • Customer registration – companies and contact persons, in hierarchy if applicable;
  • Sales – manage customers, appointments, production figures, fixed price contracts, discounts;
  • Operational – planning tools, reports, additional sales registration;

  • Invoicing – central invoicing, digital pro formas and invoices;
  • Aftercare – aftersales registration and reports, complaints management system.
