Accessibility and parking

Meet Tuesday is located directly across from Rotterdam Central Station, in the Millennium Tower. Whether you're arriving by train, car, tram, bus, or on foot, you'll be there in no time. Parking is available in the parking garage underneath the building (Central Plaza). Have your parking ticket stamped so you receive a single, clear invoice afterward—no more separate receipts. The building is secured 24/7.

Terms & conditions

Cancellation more than 2 months before the first day of the meeting is free of charge.
Cancellation between 2 months and 1 month before the first day of the meeting: 25 percent of the total agreed costs, minus any deposit.
Cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before the first day of the meeting: 50 percent of the total agreed costs, less any deposit.
Cancellation between 14 days and 0 days before the first day of the meeting: 100 percent of the total agreed costs, less any deposit.

Cancellation costs are calculated separately from the agreed costs for both renting a room and purchasing catering.
