How do I connect my location to Onemeeting?

Choose the marketing package that best suits your location and click 'Sign up'. Use the registration form to enter all the necessary details for the Venue Partnership and your location profile. Our team will then start designing your location page. Once it is ready, you will receive a preview from us for approval.

How much does it cost to participate in Onemeeting?

Onemeeting charges a fixed one-time registration fee of €745 excluding 21% VAT. Additional costs depend on the marketing package you choose. We offer various options tailored to the size and ambitions of your location. Feel free to contact us or view the overview of marketing packages and corresponding rates above.

Video on location page

Make an impression with a video about your location! A video of your location tells your story. It's a way to tell what you do and why your location is unique in a way that truly resonates. Do you have a video? Send it to us, and we'll add it to your page. Don't have a video yet? We can help you with that.

Social Media

Onemeeting leverages exposure via social media. We have a large reach, particularly via LinkedIn, where we receive many responses. We have nearly 3.500 followers and a monthly reach of approximately 8.000 views. Additionally, we are active on Facebook and Instagram, where we have over 900 followers. If you choose the 'Activate Plus' or 'Activate Premium' package, you can make use of a post on Onemeeting's social media channels once your location is live on our site and therefore bookable. Naturally, this will be done in consultation with you.

360° map

If you choose the 'Activate Premium' package, you can also make use of the option to add a 360-degree tour of your location. Do you have a 360° floor plan? Submit it to us, and we will place it on your page. Don't have a 360° floor plan yet? We can help you with that.

Mailing & newsletter

We send our clients a monthly newsletter reaching over 8.000 recipients. Choose 'Activate Premium' and receive: A mention in our newsletter about your location once a year! This newsletter highlights locations and news items. A partner mailing once a year, focusing entirely on your location. You'll coordinate the content with the marketing department.

Want your location visible on our homepage for one week? Then choose 'Activate Premium' and decide together with Onemeeting when your location will be visible.

How is my location promoted through Onemeeting?

We ensure visibility through our website, newsletters, social media channels, and partner networks. Additionally, depending on the chosen marketing package, we include your location in campaigns targeting specific audiences and industries, tailored to your offerings.

How can I take my location offline?

We would be sorry to say goodbye to your location on our platform. However, we believe in mutually compatible partnerships. The Activate marketing packages are cancellable: Activate Light: 1 month, Activate Plus: 3 months, Activate Premium: 6 months. You can terminate your partnership in writing by sending an email to: [email protected].
