Conference rooms

There are five beautiful rooms in total, such as the beautiful Winter Garden with a glass roof, the Branderij and Stokerij rooms with their original steel constructions and the Amsterdam and Rotterdam rooms. The capacity ranges from a maximum of 80 to 400 people depending on the room and layout choice. If you rent the entire location, there is room for up to 1000 people. The rooms are equipped with all modern conveniences. The team thinks along with you and ensures that your event is a success down to the smallest detail.

Accessibility and parking

The Hulstkamp Building located on the Maaskade offers ample free parking options. There are 400 parking spaces available. It is also possible to moor the boat in front of the Hulstkamp Building. The location is approximately one and a half kilometers from Blaak train station.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
