Conference rooms

The Foyer with its own bar is located on the first floor. The Foyer offers a capacity ranging from 10 to 250 people. On the second floor is the beautiful Dome, a breathtaking film and theater hall, furnished with 243 luxurious seats. The room is equipped with a high-tech 3D digital sound system and has an RGB programmable lighting system. Depending on the setup, DOT's maximum capacity is 650 people. The attractive terrace offers space for 200 guests.

Food and drinks

The spacious gastrobar is a wonderful place for coffee, tea, lunch, drinks or dinner. DOT Groningen has a menu with worldly dishes that you can share. The restaurant is open daily from lunch until late evening. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the terrace. DOT has a spacious semi-circular terrace with picnic sets everywhere. Would you like to sit quietly in the shade? Then take a seat in one of the white containers sprayed by graffiti artists.

Events and parties

DOT Groningen has two different spaces. On the second floor you will find the film and theater room. The Foyer with a bar is located on the mezzanine floor. The Foyer is ideal for private events, lectures, meetings and other types of gatherings. The film and theater hall offers space for speakers, symposiums, theater performances and bands.

Growing

DOT Groningen plants a tree for every liter sold. By entering into a sustainable collaboration, they join forces and make a greater impact on the beer landscape. In addition, DOT ensures that there is CO2 compensation and that better nature is created for birds.

Accessibility and parking

DOT Groningen is easy to reach by bike or bus. If you still want to come by car, you can park your car for a fee in the Boterdiep parking garage, a short walk from DOT.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
