Aristo Eindhoven has 15 meeting and training rooms, conference rooms and various lounges and flexible workplaces. You can also organize a hybrid meeting at Aristo Eindhoven, a combination of an online and physical meeting. All rooms are flexibly furnished and provide natural daylight. Good for focus and concentration! In addition to standard facilities such as excellent WiFi, a projector or LCD screen, flipchart and whiteboard, Aristo offers you a wide choice of modern audiovisual equipment, such as a hybrid set or touchscreen on which you can take notes and present. The unique and modern meeting location Atrium Meeting Center offers a suitable room for every meeting. Atrium Meeting Center has a high-end Auditorium for 122 people and 17 different flexible spaces, with the Foyer being the largest space at 230 m2 with a capacity of up to 275 people in a theater setting or 330 people in a reception setup. The rooms can be rented per day, per half day or per hour in any desired configuration, which are suitable for training, meetings, seminars & workshops; only the Auditorium has a permanent cinema setup. The rooms are equipped with comfortable and modern leather chairs, fast WiFi and the latest AV equipment such as a flat screen, speakers, beamer and projection screen. Other AV equipment can be provided on request. In addition, the Atrium Meeting Center has two connecting foyers, ideal for your registration, reception, lunch, break, drinks or dinner.

BCN Eindhoven has 23 spacious and lockable rooms. All equipped with very modern audiovisual equipment. The packages include room rental and audiovisual equipment such as a projector, sound and projection screen as standard. In addition, each room has a climate control system, free fiber optic internet, flipchart and/or whiteboard with paper and markers, sufficient notepads and pens and an extensive training kit with useful office tools.

Beeckestijn Meeting Center has three professionally equipped rooms and an event room for up to 80 people. The rooms have a modern, light appearance and are equipped with WiFi, flipchart, comfortable furniture and AV equipment such as a projector, projection screen and speakers. Other facilities and hybrid sets can be provided on request. Due to its location in greenery and the large outdoor space, it is ideal to go outside during the meeting for a short walk, break-out session or break.
