All 55 brand new meeting rooms are fully equipped and offer multifunctional options for effective meetings. Our rooms are flexible in layout and design for both small and large groups. Restaurant 'Bar Bistro SAAM' is located in the conference center on Forumplein and therefore in the heart of the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus. A place where knowledge can be shared and where social interaction between the various institutions and companies in the area can take place. Saam also has two beautiful rooms that are suitable for smaller events and meetings. The event space in the restaurant offers opportunities for meetings with an informal character such as drinks and receptions and it is possible to include the outdoor terrace in the space. The private dining is perfect for meetings and dinners for up to 12 people. MECC Maastricht works with a permanent specialized hospitality partner. A collaboration like this enables MECC to offer organizers and visitors a wide range of high quality, including regional products and innovative food concepts with a wide range of vegetarian products.

Events and parties

From intimate events to full halls. It's all possible at MECC Maastricht. The location has various flexible spaces that are suitable for organizing (gala) dinners, staff parties, product presentations, receptions, end-of-year parties, etc. In addition, MECC Maastricht offers 55 break-out rooms/meeting rooms and 10 different types of halls for events. to organize, including two auditoriums for 1.700 people, a multifunctional exhibition foyer of 2.500 m2 and a total of more than 30.000 m2 of exhibition space.

Accessibility and parking

If you come by car, when you approach Maastricht, 'MECC' is indicated on ANWB signs, which will show you the way to the MECC Maastricht car parks. From Amsterdam-Eindhoven take exit 55 (Randwyck-MECC) and from Paris-Liège take exit 56 (Gronsveld-MECC). At MECC Maastricht there are 11 parking spaces within walking distance. MECC Maastricht has a total of 13 charging stations for guests and visitors of MECC Maastricht. These are located on the P4. There are also various public charging points around our building. If you use public transport, a bus stops in front of your door every 5 minutes. Maastricht-Randwyck station is 250 meters from the location. International guests can arrive at Maastricht-Aachen Airport, from where MECC is a 15-minute drive away.
