With a total of 190 m2 of meeting and event space, Flora Batava offers an inspiring environment for all your meetings. Everything has been thought of: a flipchart, a large screen and of course delicious snacks. The hotel has two meeting rooms and a tea house on the water. All meeting rooms are very quietly located, have daylight and are equipped with the latest technology.

Food and drinks

You are warmly welcomed in the Bloei restaurant in the special historic villa of the Flora Batava hotel. The high ceilings, the intimate room en suite and the large glass conservatory create a cozy, informal and contemporary atmosphere. When the weather is nice you can sit outside on the terrace in the charming garden with botanical history. The kitchen at Bloei likes to work with carefully selected, regional and seasonal ingredients. The menu has been composed with passion for the flavors and versatility of Dutch products. Do you have a special occasion? Then dine in the private dining room or enjoy a delicious High Tea in the Tea House.

Events and parties

Would you like to celebrate your birthday, anniversary or company outing in a unique way? Hotel Flora Batava makes your meeting unique. Choose a dinner or lunch in the private dining, conservatory or Tea House, or reserve the entire location for your group.

Activities

The country estate is located in the beautiful Vecht region. This region offers many opportunities for fun outdoor activities, including: SUPing, cycling, walking, golfing or a carriage ride with a horse and carriage. From the private jetty in front of the hotel you can take a boat trip on the Vecht or the Loosdrechtse Plassen. You can choose small sloops, a larger sloop or a salon boat with a guide.

Wedding

Arrive in a beautiful salon boat while all your friends are waiting on the quay, a romantic photo shoot on the Vecht, a special ceremony in the garden and a wedding night in a beautiful suite. It's all possible at Hotel Flora Batava! Getting married at the Vecht is a unique experience. If the weather is bad, you can also say your wedding vows in the national monument, in the Tea House, in one of the halls or in a party tent. Flora Batava is an official wedding location for civil ceremonies.

Growing

Hotel Flora Batava is committed every day to providing a hospitable and culinary experience. This is done with attention to people, nature and the environment. During the latest renovation, solar panels and heat pumps were installed and various measures were applied to prevent the waste of water and electricity. In addition, we purchase from local suppliers and collaborate with Made Blue. Hotel Flora Batava is Green Key certified.

Accessibility and parking

Hotel Flora Batava is located in the village of Nieuwersluis, on the edge of Breukelen. Breukelen is easily accessible by train. From Breukelen Station, take bus 120 towards Amsterdam Bijlmer and get off at Overholland Bus Stop, Nieuwersluis. The bus stops diagonally opposite the hotel. The bus journey takes 11 minutes. Are you coming by car? Then take the A2 towards Amsterdam, exit Breukelen. If you just leave picturesque Breukelen in the direction of Loenen, you will find Flora Batava. The hotel has sufficient private parking with 4 electric charging points. You can park for free!

Hotel rooms and overnight stays

The 45 rooms are cleverly designed to meet your needs. They come in all kinds of sizes and shapes. Original beamed ceilings, a French balcony, a bath, a view of the Vecht or a sofa bed for the children. All rooms have large windows, beautiful lamps and special art. The wonderful beds were specially designed for Flora Batava by the Nilson Beds brand. These are of high quality, provide firm support and have a soft top layer.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:
