The Conference Center is located on the strip, the beating heart of HTCE. You will find yourself in an inspiring and innovative environment among almost 300 companies. HTCE has 9 multifunctional rooms with plenty of daylight and a modern, state-of-the-art auditorium that can accommodate 300 guests. High-Speed ​​Wifi is also available free of charge. HTCE stands for connection. A conference or smaller meeting can be expanded with a tour or an “experience”.

Food and drinks

In addition to comfortable rooms, good catering is an indispensable part of a hospitable event. In-house caterer Eurest would like to share their knowledge as a global player in the field of food and beverage. A green smoothie or healthy zero-waste muffin, from organic cheese sandwiches to Indian curry, Italian desserts or Dutch dishes, everything is possible. High Tech Campus Eindhoven has an ambitious goal: to be the most sustainable campus in Europe by 2025. At the top of this page, you can view the location's ESG score (Environmental, Social, and Governance). This score visualizes the degree of sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical conduct of the locations. Accessibility and parking

Conference Center High Tech Campus is very easy to reach via its own highway exit A2/N2 or via the direct bus connection to and from Eindhoven Central Station (20 minutes). Eindhoven Airport is nearby. There are also nine parking facilities on site where you can park for free and have E-Charge facilities. Visitors can go to the P0 parking garage.

Terms & conditions

The Conference Center High Tech Campus is not covered by the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry and applies different terms and conditions. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to six months before the start of the reservation. For cancellations between six and three months before the start of the reservation, a 25% charge will be applied, and between three and one month, a 50% charge will be applied. Cancellations later than this will be charged the full amount.
