Conference rooms

The meeting rooms are spaciously furnished with the necessary audiovisual support. Each meeting room offers its own options, for example, the rooms can be furnished as workshop rooms, but there are also rooms that support a more formal setting in the form of a boardroom. The meeting rooms bear the names of renowned WTCs from the WTC group and the banqueting can be tailored to this. This way you can offer your guests a special experience in addition to the business approach of your meeting. Food and drinks

Depending on the time you want to spend with your group in the Conference Center, you can book a suitable catering package. This way you know in advance exactly where you stand. Of course it is also possible to put together a tailor-made package. There are 2, 4, 8 and 12 hour packages (excl. room rental)

Events and parties

WTC Almere is by far the tallest building in the area. The 28th floor of the WTC Almere has the most beautiful view of Almere with a view of the center, the waters and lots of greenery. On a clear day you can see as far as Amsterdam and you can even see the Dom Tower! The ceiling-high windows provide a wide view and give the room beautiful light. This makes this floor a unique events location and a very inspiring place for various meetings.

WiFi, fixed AV, Smart Screen, flexible furniture if desired, additional AV, flipchart, notepads, pens, conference calling (on request). Restaurant, Lounge, various break out options, cloakroom, host on the floor.

WTC Almere likes to think about its sustainable future. The building is therefore built in such a way that CO2 emissions are minimal and all products are produced in a sustainable manner.

Accessibility and parking

Excellent with public transport. At Almere Centrum station, train and bus. Parking garage under the WTC, free parking exit ticket for package bookings.

Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
