The VNAB Meeting Centre is a suitable venue for business gatherings ranging from meetings of 6 people or more, conferences for up to 150 attendees, and receptions for up to 350 people. In total, the Meeting Centre features 6 meeting rooms and an event hall. In every meeting room, a flipchart, flatscreen, and other tools are available to facilitate your meeting. As a guest of the VNAB Meeting Centre, you can also make use of all the other excellent facilities, such as: Professional (meeting) equipment Parking spaces right in front of the door Superfast internet A warm welcome from the hospitality staff Culinary packages for presentations, seminars, breakfast or lunch meetings

The meeting centre collaborates with various partners to take care of your meeting down to the last detail. The Meeting Centre works with carefully curated packages but is also happy to collaborate on adjustments or customization. Naturally, dietary requirements and special requests are taken into account during the preparation. The catering is freshly prepared and presented with care, ensuring participants feel welcome and well looked after. Whether it is a small meeting or a large event: they will take care of it! This allows you to focus entirely on the content of the meeting.

Upon request, they can organize various activities that align with the purpose and atmosphere of your meeting. From inspiring workshops to informal team-building moments, they will work with you to determine what best suits your group. Additionally, they offer the option of arranging a tour of the historic vault of De Nederlandsche Bank, located within the monumental building. This special place provides a unique glimpse into the history of the building and forms a surprising element within a business meeting.

Accessibility and parking

Via the hospitality employee, you can use a changeover device to fully devalue the parking tickets for the garages listed below at a reduced rate of €1,25 per hour (instead of €4,00). These costs will be charged retrospectively. You can also choose to devalue parking tickets by 60%; in that case, your guest pays €1,25 per hour themselves.

• Erasmus Bridge Garage – Gedempte Zalmhaven, 7 min. walk (327 spaces)

• Rotterdam Blaak Station – approx. 12 min. walk
• Tram/metro Leuvehaven – approx. 7 min. walk
• From Rotterdam Central – Metro D (Akkers) or E (Slinge), get off at Leuvehaven, approx. 7 min. walk

Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• More than 6 months before arrival date 0%
• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
