In the Fresh Food Corner of The Green Meeting Center, guests can enjoy tasty and sustainable dishes. Sandwiches, salads and warm items are prepared with care, using fresh, organic and local ingredients. The no-waste policy helps prevent food waste, which ties in with the green mission in the heart of Arnhem. Of course, dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and sugar-free are taken into account. For conferences up to 200 people, The Green Meeting Center offers multifunctional rooms and 12 sub-rooms. With an extensive range of conference services, every event will be a success. Accessibility and parking

The Green Meeting Center is easily accessible and is just a two-minute walk from Arnhem Central Station. From the station hall, it's just a matter of taking the escalator towards Nieuwe Stationsstraat to see the blue WTC tower, where The Green Meeting Center is located. The Centraal parking garage, just a stone's throw away, offers 2/24 access. With 7 parking spaces, including 1050 charging stations, there's always room for every vehicle. From the garage, signs with "offices" guide visitors easily to the office complex, where The Green Meeting Center Arnhem is located in the blue tower.

Terms & conditions

If there is an agreement (Meeting Partnership) in force between your organization and The Green Meeting Center Arnhem – whether or not concluded via Onemeeting – then the conditions contained in that agreement prevail over the conditions below.
In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

More than 6 months before arrival date 0%
Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
Within 7 days before arrival date 100%

In addition to the UVH, the following conditions apply:
1. Up to 48 hours in advance, the number of reserved persons can be changed by 10% free of charge.
2. For a cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of a meeting with a reservation value up to € 2.500, which you immediately reschedule to a new date within 30 days, you will not receive a cancellation invoice. If the reinstated booking does not go through, you will still receive a cancellation invoice for the value of the original reservation.
3. If the location manages to reserve a replacement meeting for the same date and value as your canceled reservation, you will receive a credit note on your cancellation invoice after that meeting.
