During the renovation of the building, Stedelijk Museum installed a thermal storage facility where sustainably generated energy is stored in the ground and later reused. CO2 climate control has been installed that adapts to the number of visitors.

Accessibility and parking

You can easily reach the location by car or public transport. You can reach Amsterdam, Van Baerlestraat, via tram 2, 5 and 12. This stop is located next to the building. You can park your car at Q-Park Museumplein.
