With 14 different meeting rooms, Spaces Zuidas has everything you are looking for. Designed by renowned designer Sevil Peach, you will feel completely at ease here. Meetings are possible for 2 people or more, the largest room can accommodate up to 300 people. What is special about the location is that several rooms are offered with a fixed boardroom setup, which means that it is the perfect location for a Supervisory Board meeting, for example.

Food and drinks

During your meeting it is possible to book a meeting or catering package. Would you like to organize a drink after the meeting? That is certainly possible at Spaces Zuidas.

At the top of this page, you can view the location's ESG score. ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. This score visualizes the degree of sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical conduct of a location. Various aspects are considered when determining the score, including Green Key certifications, sustainable and healthy catering offerings, CO2 footprint, social responsibility, local purchasing, zero-waste policies, and safety.

With 238 parking spaces, there is more than enough space for your participants to park, and you can be on location within a few minutes via the A10. With RAI Station, Amsterdam and the tram around the corner, Spaces Zuidas is easily accessible by public transport.

Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• More than 6 months before arrival date 0%
• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
