Conference rooms

The rentable spaces consist of 12 multifunctional halls, a conference and theater hall with 1750 seats, a Ballroom in the Elicium, 24 high-quality conference rooms and 46 meeting rooms. All these spaces are very flexible, multifunctional and can be adapted to your wishes. In addition, all conference and meeting rooms have high-quality technology with built-in projection screens, projectors, connection panels, air conditioning and electric sun blinds as standard.

Food and drinks

There are five restaurants at the RAI: ​​THE ROAST ROOM, Grand Café, First Floor Restaurant, Holland Restaurant and Café Amsterdam. THE ROAST ROOM is open daily from 09.00am. The other restaurants are open when an event or conference is taking place. Opening hours are flexible during events and conferences. In addition to these restaurants, there are various catering concepts in each complex. Thanks to its many years of expertise in the field of events and catering, the RAI is uniquely able to fulfill your culinary wishes to your complete satisfaction. The catering at the RAI is at the forefront when it comes to culinary trends. The location is happy to think along with you to express this in creative concepts in which artisanal quality, inspiration and experience play an important role. Your specific wishes are discussed together and incorporated into a tailor-made catering proposal.

Events and parties

The location offers attractive accommodation for large and small groups, from a brown pub to a glamorous ballroom, from a drink in the Grand Café to a huge staff party. It is also possible to organize your meeting. With the rooms, experience and services of the RAI, your event can hardly go wrong.

All electricity used in RAI Amsterdam is green energy and has no CO2 footprint.

Accessibility and parking

RAI Amsterdam is easily accessible by public transport, with its own station, metro and tram on its doorstep. The location is located on the A10 ring road, making RAI Amsterdam easy to reach by car from all over the Netherlands. There is room for 6150 cars on the RAI grounds and the nearby external parking facilities.
