All types of events are possible at Oceandiva, such as a company party, conference, Christmas party, theme party or product presentation, but also a floating showroom, fashion show or studio. The experienced event managers take care of the customer from A to Z. They take care of the facilities on board, catering, technology and entertainment, as well as furniture, decoration, moorings, logistics and staff.

Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
