Conference rooms

The estate has 40 multifunctional rooms available for both small and large business meetings of up to 320 people. The rooms are ideal for meetings, (multi-day) congresses and conferences. All rooms have common audiovisual support such as a flipchart, projector with computer/laptop or a project screen/LCD screen with laptop connection. In addition, the rooms can be adapted to your wishes.

Food and drinks

The regular catering partner Vermaat provides all the food and drinks on the estate. At a high level, from amuse to served dinner or buffet, for large and small groups and something for everyone. The catering concept within Nyenrode forms an integral part of Nyenrode's training and programs. Meeting, discussing and relaxing are the starting points of this concept. They always ensure a vital and sustainable offering.

Events and parties

Something special to celebrate? At Nyenrode Business University it is possible! The rooms in the Castle and the Coach House are ideal for festive occasions or drinks. The Koetshuis can accommodate up to 500 people. The caterer is happy to think along with you about the culinary interpretation. In addition, the attic bar is the place for a drink at the end of a business meeting, but certainly also as the start of a private affair. Of course, a drink at one of the other locations on the estate is also possible.

Wedding

If you have a special bond with Nyenrode, the historic splendor of the Castle and the atmospheric Coach House are of course perfect as a wedding location. The estate is located in the municipality of Stichtse Vecht and is an official wedding location within this municipality. Nyenrode Business University would like to welcome you during the weekends or during the summer holidays for your dream wedding.

Growing

Nyenrode Business University wants to encourage sustainability by also offering studies in a sustainable form. In addition, they also try to make everything as sustainable as possible by reducing CO2 emissions.

Accessibility and parking

You can reach Nyenrode Business University by taking the Breukelen exit on the A2 highway. Follow the signs 'Breukelen'. After the bridge over the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal, take the first exit at the roundabout (turn right). Follow this road (about 800 meters) until you see the river Vecht on your left and Nijenrode Castle on your right. You can enter the estate through the Gatehouse. Are you coming by public transport? From Utrecht Central station, take bus 120 towards Amsterdam. The buses leave every half hour and stop in front of the castle (Kasteel Nijenrode stop). Four trains per hour depart from Amsterdam Central Station to Breukelen station. There you can change to bus 120 towards Maarssen and Utrecht.
