The nine meeting rooms offer a variety of options for organizing business meetings such as conferences, meetings, congresses and training courses. All rooms have a direct exit to the outside. This means you are immediately 'in the green'. The rooms have ample natural daylight. Five meeting rooms have recently been thoroughly restyled, including Bentheim, Warmelo, Twickel and Singraven. With the restyling, in addition to adjustments in terms of decoration and furnishings, investments were made in top-quality audiovisual facilities. Such as a projector with HD quality and rear wall presentation and new 65-inch smart TVs, two of which are curved TVs.

Food and drinks

De Bloemenbeek's restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star and has several honorable mentions in culinary guides. The restaurant offers classic French-Mediterranean cuisine. This is mainly combined with the most beautiful ingredients and products from the area. We work with herbs from our own garden. When the weather is nice, lunches and dinners are served in one of the gardens.

Events and parties

De Bloemenbeek has many rooms that provide the right setting. There are also many options outdoors on the estate, such as a dinner in the beautiful transparent covered Mediterranean courtyard or a private dinner in an intimate setting. Or, for example, a grazing session at one of the many beautiful places on the estate, of course with all the desired culinary facilities. When putting together a meeting, many guests opt for an extra activity, for example a tour with vintage cars, a running dinner, ball shooting and/or aptitude test.

Wedding

De Bloemenbeek is an official wedding location that offers all options for a complete wedding day with reception, dinner and party evening. It is possible to end your wonderful day in the romantic bridal suite.

Growing

De Bloemenbeek is the first hotel in Europe with a roof with solar cell roof tiles. The roof tiles are part of an ongoing sustainability process. In 2021, the location received the environmental quality mark for sustainable electricity consumption. 100% of the electricity consumption comes from Dutch wind energy with the SMK environmental quality mark. At De Bloemenbeek they are happy to contribute to reducing CO2 emissions, including through electric charging points for electric cars or scooters and cooking on induction instead of gas.

Accessibility and parking

The fact that De Bloemenbeek is a 4-minute drive from the A1 and A31 (DL) exit and has many free parking spaces with a number of 'Twente charging stations' for electric drivers is an important added value. The location has 4 heliports. The country house hotel is a 45-minute drive from Münster (airport). The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport. From the Hengelo and Oldenzaal train stations you have the option to book the local bus or to be picked up by the hotel.
