Whatever your wishes, our kitchen brigade always comes up with dishes and flavors that will surprise you and your guests. It is a tasteful experience La Vie Utrecht. With a sparkling restaurant (La VieW) on the 6th floor and in an attractive lounge you have plenty of space and opportunity to discover our kitchen. The combination of local and organic ingredients and the endless imagination of our kitchen team will certainly appeal. To combat food waste, we work with Instock, which saves fruit and vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away. Our coffee grounds are used in collaboration with GRO to grow oyster mushrooms, which are processed into delicious snacks.

We combat food waste in collaboration with Instock and our creative kitchen team tries to throw away as little as possible, but above all to reuse it. Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

More than 6 months before arrival date 0%
Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
Within 7 days before arrival date 100%

In addition to the UVH, the following conditions apply:
1. Up to 48 hours in advance, the number of reserved persons can be changed by 10% free of charge.
2. For a cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of a meeting with a reservation value up to € 2.500, which you immediately reschedule to a new date within 30 days, you will not receive a cancellation invoice. If the reinstated booking does not go through, you will still receive a cancellation invoice for the value of the original reservation.
3. If the location manages to reserve a replacement meeting for the same date and value as your canceled reservation, you will receive a credit note on your cancellation invoice after that meeting.
