Conference rooms

With a total of 245 square meters of meeting capacity, our meeting rooms are suitable for a total of up to 226 people. In addition, the three rooms can be connected to each other, creating even more space, and they are named after cities on Java. All rooms can be used for meetings, events, conferences, gatherings, brainstorming sessions or presentations.

Food and drinks

Café JKRT is the living room of Javaeiland, everyone is welcome here. Under the motto 'Two Worlds Connected' special dishes are prepared here. Various dishes in which Western ingredients are combined with Eastern spices and flavours. In addition, traditional Indonesian cooking is done and there are Western dishes on the menu. The hotel also offers 'Bakkerij Westers'. Step in here for freshly baked bread or join us for well-filled sandwiches, delicious coffee and homemade pastries from our own patisserie.

Events and parties

The flexibility of the rooms ensures that the location is suitable for different events. It is also possible to rent the Skybar Malabar for your own party!

Accessibility and parking

The hotel is located at the head of Amsterdam's Java Island, on the IJ with a view of Amsterdam CS, Amsterdam Noord, the back of the Zwijger warehouse and Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. With bus 43 at the door and tram 26 a 3-minute walk away, both Central Station and the historic city centre are within easy reach. The hotel is located from the A10 - S114 ring road and can be reached quickly and easily via the Piet Heintunnel. The hotel is also easily accessible from the west side of the city. The hotel has 86 parking spaces. The costs for this are €4 per hour, €15 per day and €40 per night. There are also 20 electric charging points available. The hotel rents out bicycles for €17 per day to get to the city centre quickly and easily.

Hotel rooms and overnight stays

The hotel has 200 luxury rooms, of which 176 rooms around the courtyard are completely prefabricated (including part of the furnishings) and are stacked on location as modules in the wooden supporting structure. These superior rooms are 30 square meters in size, have a warm appearance of wood combined with Indonesian influences. 176 rooms have an indoor balcony. The other room types are junior suites and suites, these are unique in shape as they are located in the point of the building and have a French balcony.
