Conference rooms

The City Garden has two rooms that can be rented for your meeting. The meeting garden is a 60 m2 space that can be used for 6 to 65 people in different configurations. The space exudes a feeling of tranquility through the use of soft colors. The concept garden is a multidisciplinary space with a maximum capacity of 200 people in a theater setup.

Food and drinks

The entrance function is provided by the catering partners of the Stadstuin. Guests can be welcomed with a nice cup of coffee, but they can also enjoy a very good lunch.

Events and parties

You can come here to organize workshops, brainstorming sessions but also large plenary sessions. Did you know that yoga sessions are also regularly organized here? You can decorate the rooms as you want, so there are many possibilities in the rooms.

Growing

At the top of this page, you can view the location's ESG score. ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. This score visualizes the degree of sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical conduct of a location. Various aspects are considered when determining the score, including Green Key certifications, sustainable and healthy catering offerings, CO2 footprint, social responsibility, local purchasing, zero-waste policies, and safety.

Accessibility and parking

The Stadstuin is about a 20-minute walk from Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn station. If that's too far for you, you can continue your journey by bus and get off at the Europaplein bus stop, after which you only have to walk another 4 minutes. The Stadstuin is also easily accessible by car, the A12 is only 10 minutes away.
