At Bovendonk, 18 different authentic and original rooms have been preserved and equipped with modern audiovisual equipment. In the Library you can welcome up to more than 80 people in a special room where the books of the priestly training are stored. The Refectory Hall and Chapel can accommodate up to 300 people. These historic meeting rooms provide inspiration and creativity during your meeting sessions. In addition to these special meeting rooms, there are 16 other rooms available, suitable for your meeting in the Breda and Roosendaal region. All meeting rooms are equipped with a projector, flipchart, daylight, whiteboard and good sound systems.

Food and drinks

During a stay at Bovendonk, your inner peace will be well taken care of. The inspiring meeting rooms provide creativity, the kitchen provides tasty breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. When the inner person is balanced, it ensures the best results and performance. The culinary offering of the kitchen brigade makes your meeting complete.

Events and parties

The historic location is ideal for both large and small events. Various presentation rooms, all with their own style, restaurants and options ensure that every event is at the right place at Bovendonk. Both a festive dinner in a small group and a grand party for 300 people with an acoustic band and/or DJ and everything in between is possible at this event location.

Wedding

The historic atmosphere of the monastery and the surrounding area create a special backdrop for your wedding day. An exceptional place where you can celebrate your wedding party from start to finish. The various attractive rooms and courtyard are ideal for taking wedding photos, the wedding ceremony and saying yes, a reception, the cutting of the wedding cake, a dinner and a party with the option of staying overnight at the end. When the weather is nice, you can also get married, have drinks and have dinner in the courtyard. This combination makes Bovendonk a special wedding location in North Brabant.

Accessibility and parking

Conference center and Hotel Bovendonk is centrally located in West Brabant, just 15 minutes from Breda and Roosendaal, a short distance from the A58 and A17, making Antwerp, Rotterdam and Bergen op Zoom within easy reach. There is ample parking for up to 150 cars. Bovendonk is also easily accessible by public transport. A bus leaves every half hour from the Oudenbosch and Etten-Leur train stations to Hoeven and stops 3 minutes from the Conference Center and Hotel Bovendonk.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:
