At Buitenplaats Amerongen, a wide range of gatherings is possible: from meetings and training sessions to conferences, product presentations, corporate parties, Christmas dinners, high tea, and (hybrid) events. The Poortgebouw accommodates groups of up to 130 people and features two large halls, smaller rooms, and a terrace. Capacity: theatre 100, drinks and informal dinner 120, dinner 104 people. The Koetshuis is suitable for larger groups of up to 230 people. This characterful building with a terrace lends itself to theatre-style seating, dinners, and parties for up to 225 people. For more intimate gatherings, there is the Wijnkamer (up to 12 people) and the Chef's Table at LIZ Restobar, with a view of the kitchen and seating for up to 20 people.

The Gatehouse is suitable for reception, ceremony, drinks, dinner, and party for 20 to 120 people. Capacity: ceremony 100, drinks/reception 120, informal dinner and dinner 120 people. The Coach House accommodates wedding ceremonies, dinners, receptions, and parties for up to 230 people. It features air conditioning, a private bar, a spacious terrace, and professional facilities such as a sound system, laser projector, large projection screen, and lectern. Capacity: ceremony 150, drinks/reception 250, informal dinner 200, dinner 150, and party 225 people. Additionally, wedding ceremonies can be held at various locations within the historic gardens. All wedding moments can take place here: reception, ceremony, toast, cake and drinks, dinner, and party.
