Conference rooms

Breepark in Breda offers a versatile range of meeting and conference spaces, with a total of 11 rooms for groups ranging from small board meetings to large-scale business gatherings of up to approximately 500 people. You can choose from stylish boardrooms, VIP rooms (up to approx. 40 people), and multifunctional spaces such as the Storm and Living Room rooms (approx. 50–120 people). For larger events, there are spacious conference halls such as Beekdal (up to approx. 420 people) and Molenley (up to approx. 500 people), which are flexibly configurable and equipped with modern audiovisual technology. Thanks to this flexibility, the spaces are suitable for a wide range of applications: from meetings and training sessions to workshops, conferences, and corporate parties.

Food and drinks

During meetings and events at Breepark, various food & beverage packages are available. From coffee breaks and extensive lunches to buffets and fully catered dinners, everything is tailored to your wishes and the type of gathering. There is plenty of choice, including vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that every guest can count on a suitable offering. The kitchen is flexible and caters to specific preferences or dietary requirements. In addition to the catering options for events, Breepark also features various on-site hospitality facilities, including two restaurants, a bowling alley, and the Kabonk play paradise. This makes the location suitable not only for business meetings but also ideal for informal drinks, company outings, and family days.

Events and parties

Breepark offers extensive possibilities for parties and events, from small-scale gatherings to large-scale productions. Thanks to the multifunctional rooms, spacious conference facilities, and the large event hall, virtually anything is possible. From staff parties, corporate dinners, and award shows to product launches, seminars, conferences, and large-scale trade fairs: nothing is too extravagant. The spaces are flexibly laid out and technically excellently equipped, making them suitable for a wide range of concepts and group sizes. Activities

At Breepark, an event goes beyond just the space. On the grounds, you will find various entertainment options that make your event complete. Think of a Kinepolis cinema, a bowling alley, multiple restaurants, and the Kabonk play paradise. Both the entertainment area and Kabonk can be (partially) hired exclusively, making them perfect for corporate outings, family days, and staff parties. This allows you to effortlessly combine a business meeting with relaxation and an experience. In addition, the various rooms and the event hall offer ample space for custom activities and unique concepts. From large-scale indoor events such as Winter Walhalla and Kabonk Stuiterstad to creative additions with attractions or thematic experiences, virtually anything is possible. At Breepark, you create a total experience, fully tailored to your event.

Growing

Sustainability plays an important role within Breepark and is visible in everything they do. For instance, there are no fewer than 3.648 solar panels on the roof of the event hall, generating over 900.000 kWh of green electricity per year. This allows them to save more than 500 tonnes of CO₂ annually and actively contribute to a more sustainable events industry. They also make conscious choices in other areas. The venue is fully equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, which not only reduces energy consumption but is also flexibly adaptable for various atmospheres and events. At night, the lighting is largely switched off to save additional energy. Furthermore, there are 20 charging points for electric cars on the premises, encouraging sustainable transport. In addition, Breepark is located directly next to the Beekdal nature reserve, which has been expanded to enhance biodiversity and preserve flora and fauna in the region.

Accessibility and parking

Breepark is easily accessible and centrally located in Breda, directly on the A27 (Breda-Oost exit). You can drive straight from the motorway onto the spacious grounds, where approximately 2.000 free parking spaces are available on-site. The location is also easily accessible by public transport. Breda Station is about 10 minutes away, and there is a bus stop within walking distance (approximately 400 meters) of the venue. Additionally, Breepark is easily accessible by bicycle from the center of Breda. Thanks to this convenient location, Breepark is attractive not only for national events but also for international organizers.
