Fashion Hotel offers 10 different spaces for meetings, drinks receptions, parties, and much more. Each room has its own unique character, with a modern yet comfortable design and equipped with the latest technology to meet all the needs of your event. Whether you're looking for a small, cozy space for a brainstorming session or an elegant setting for a product launch, our sub-rooms offer flexible solutions for groups of all sizes. Fashion Hotel offers meeting rooms for up to 200 people. Basic AV equipment is available, and an external AV specialist can be brought in. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Food and drinks

The hotel has Brasserie Mme Coco, an elegant and contemporary brasserie, and a lobby bar where you can end the day together with a drink or dinner. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the large terrace. Mme Coco has a menu with various types of dishes, including a choice of vegetarian options. Dietary requirements or allergies? We are happy to take them into account. Want to end the day with a view of Amsterdam? Experience the SKYY Bar on the 10th floor with a stylish and exclusive atmosphere.

Events and parties

Due to the large range of different rooms, it is possible to adapt the spaces to specific needs. Think for example of a product launch or a big party.

Accessibility and parking

The garage for hotel guests is located underneath the hotel. Parking in the garage costs €30 per night. There are a number of spaces available for electric vehicles. The hotel is located along the A10 motorway and Schiphol and Amsterdam RAI can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Surinameplein stop is a 5-minute walk away. The Lelylaan station, where the train to Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central Station departs, is a 10-minute walk away.

WestCord Fashion Hotel has 258 rooms with different room types. All rooms are spacious 4-star design rooms, some with a view over Amsterdam or with Garden View. The Family Rooms are perfect for families, with two separate rooms that are connected to each other. Fancy a more luxurious and spacious room? Enjoy the Fashion Suite with jacuzzi and balcony or the Tailor Suite with separate bath, walk-in shower and kitchenette with microwave.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
