With three atmospheric rooms available with a total surface area of ​​215 m², this location is ideal for a wide range of business gatherings. The Bar (42 m²) offers an intimate setting for enjoying a drink after meetings or strategy sessions. The Distillery Room (87 m²) is ideal for training sessions or presentations. The Barrel Room (86 m²) is perfectly suited for board meetings or creative workshops. Each room exudes industrial charm and is equipped with modern facilities and plenty of natural light. Food and drinks

The Distillery partners with a dedicated, high-quality caterer who offers fully catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner packages. You can start your day with croissants, sandwiches, yogurt with muesli, fresh fruit, milk, and fresh juice. Lunch includes two deluxe sandwiches, a currant bun, fresh fruit, milk, and juice. Coffee and tea packages, including mineral water, sparkling water, and sweets, are also available—perfect for an energizing break during your meeting. Plenty of vegetarian options are available, and dietary requirements and allergies are readily accommodated. All packages are ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or training sessions with a culinary twist. Prefer the outdoors? The spacious terrace allows you to enjoy your coffee or lunch al fresco.

Events and parties

A unique location for events and parties of up to 120 people. The atmosphere of a real working distillery, combined with the ambiance of a premium event venue, makes this place ideal for corporate parties, team days, dinners, anniversaries, and other special gatherings. They provide support from the initial inquiry to the final execution, creating a setting that feels professional, warm, and memorable. This way, you are not just choosing a location, but a complete experience with character.

Activities

In addition to the location itself, activities are offered that truly add value to the event. With extensive experience in teambuilding and over 1500 hosted workshops, we know how to bring groups together in a fun and interactive way. Cocktail and distilling workshops create connection, energy, and an experience within a group. As such, these workshops are not only a fun way to spend the day but also a valuable addition to company outings, team days, and other events.

Growing

At The Distillery, a large portion of the energy is generated in-house using solar panels on the roof, saving on energy consumption and reducing the CO2 impact. This contributes to both sustainability and the efficient operation of the venue. With over 215 m² of indoor space, multiple zones, and various settings, lighting often runs for many hours. Therefore, the entire facility utilizes LED lighting, supplemented by dimmers and smart switches, ensuring that light is only applied where and when needed. During events, a significant amount of waste is generated in a short time; consequently, paper, plastic packaging, glass, and residual waste are separated. Some of the bottles are filled in-house from larger tanks, reducing packaging and transport movements. This results in less waste and a lower footprint, while maintaining quality and consistency.

Accessibility and parking

The Distillery is located at Helicopterstraat 32 in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and has 100 on-site parking spaces. Parking is paid from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 for approximately €5,18 per hour. Outside these hours and on weekends, parking is free, which is a major plus for visitors. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Trams 2 and 12 depart from Amsterdam Central Station towards Oud-Zuid and stop at the Hoofddorpplein stop, a short walk from The Distillery. Metro lines 50 and 51 also stop at Henk Sneevlietweg station, a slightly longer walk away. Bus lines 62 and 195 also stop near Hoofddorpplein. The nearest motorway (A10) is approximately a five-minute drive.
