Quinton House is a special meeting location. Located on the Nieuwegracht in a monumental building with a spacious private courtyard. Here in the heart of Utrecht you will find peace and inspiration for a successful meeting. Ideal for getting together with your team and colleagues. Would you like to get some fresh air in between? This can be done in your own courtyard, on the canal, or in the nearby Lepelenburg Park.

Growing

Quinton House strives to minimize its ecological footprint and thus helps limit global warming. Energy and resources are conserved by switching off appliances, using energy-efficient lighting, ensuring good insulation, and generating its own electricity via solar panels. There is no gas connection. Disposable items, chemical cleaning products, packaging waste, and paper are avoided as much as possible. The catering is local, organic, and largely vegetarian or plant-based. Tap water is served in reusable bottles, and coffee comes from a circular system. Sustainable materials and paint are used in renovations. Attention is paid to the natural environment, exemplified by the green courtyard. Sustainable travel is encouraged for visitors and staff, and suppliers are encouraged to organize their transport in an environmentally friendly way.

Accessibility and parking

Quinton House is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stop is Utrecht Catharijneconvent and is a 3-minute walk from the location. From Utrecht Central Station you can walk to Quinton House within 15 minutes. If you come by car, Quinton House has its own parking facility with a limited number of spaces. If there is no more space here, there are plenty of parking spaces and parking garages nearby. You can store your bicycle safely in the garden.
