Catering for meetings at Het Oude Magazijn is provided by the nearby Centraal Ketelhuis, which is located on the same Wagenwerkplaats. This location is frequently used in combination, for example for lunches, dinners, or drinks receptions as part of the program. The kitchen works primarily with local and seasonal products.

Events and parties

The location is suitable for various business events and small-scale parties. Think of staff meetings, presentations, product launches, dinners, and drinks receptions. In combination with the Centraal Ketelhuis, events can easily be expanded, for example by distributing different parts of the program across both locations. This provides extra space and flexibility in the setup of the event.

Growing

Het Oude Magazijn is a redeveloped industrial building that utilizes the existing structure and layout. Because the location is already fully equipped for meetings, additional transport of materials and furnishings is often unnecessary. For catering, we collaborate with the nearby Centraal Ketelhuis, which works with local and seasonal products. This limits transport and aligns with a more conscious approach to organizing.

Accessibility and parking

Het Oude Magazijn is located at the Wagenwerkplaats in Amersfoort and is easily accessible to guests from all over the country. Amersfoort Central Station is within walking distance, making the location easy to reach by public transport. The location is also easily accessible by car, thanks to its location near the A1 and A28. Parking is available for guests in the immediate vicinity.

In the event of cancellations, the DVA General Terms and Conditions apply, containing the following cancellation percentages calculated on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• More than 365 days before arrival date 30%
• Between 364 and 180 days before arrival date 50%
• Between 179 days and 90 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 89 days before arrival date 100%
