Event venue Gooiland is perfect for events with 200 guests or more. Depending on your wishes and group size, the entire venue or one of the two zones can be used. With 13 flexible spaces, Gooiland offers every possibility for a complete program, from reception to closing party. The venue features two large plenary rooms, the Theater and the Cineac, and can be visually scaled down to create a suitable setting. Easily combine a conference with an exhibition floor, dinner, and party, all under one roof.

Catering is essential for every successful event. The chefs at Gooiland create a culinary experience that perfectly matches the atmosphere and theme of the event. From creative concepts such as street food with live cooking to an elaborate sit-down dinner, every dish makes an impression. Together, the menu is tailored to your wishes, including appetizers and drinks throughout the day, from smoothies to late-night snacks. With branded catering, the brand is strengthened through personalized presentations and sustainable packaging. Sustainability is central: local, seasonal products are used, food waste is minimized, and operations are completely plastic-free.

The authentic theater seats 750 guests and is equipped with advanced 3D LED frames. The Cineac accommodates 300 guests for plenary sessions. The 13 spaces are suitable for breakouts, workshops, and networking moments. Create an unforgettable evening in the theater with light shows, technology, and 3D LED frames, putting winners in the spotlight. Add a powerful sound experience and golden confetti. A product presentation is all about experience and impact. The theater accommodates up to 750 guests, and 5 sub-rooms make any setup possible. Gooiland adapts to the story.

Growing

Gooiland Event Location is a national monument dating back to 1936. Reducing energy consumption presents a challenge that is being successfully met. Significant strides are being made, positioning Gooiland as a frontrunner in making a monumental building sustainable. The result: proudly Green Key Gold certified for seven consecutive years, making it the premier sustainable conference venue in Hilversum. Gooiland breathes green, featuring two life-sized real trees, multiple Green Walls, and numerous plants serving as both decoration and for acoustic damping and air purification. Catering is based on New Dutch Cuisine: 80% vegetables and 20% fish or meat, using local and seasonal products. The aim is zero food waste, and the offerings are tailored to the client. Additionally, operations take place in a completely plastic-free F&B environment, and the venue is gas-free, with the exception of the theater. Virtually all lighting is LED.

Accessibility and parking

Gooiland Parking Garage (Koningshof 1) is located just a two-minute walk from the event venue and has 364 parking spaces. Additionally, Gooische Brink Parking Garage is a nine-minute walk away and accommodates 400 cars. Hilversum Station is a seven-minute walk away and offers direct train connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Amersfoort, all within 30 minutes. Furthermore, bus lines 104, 70, 58, and 3 stop right in front of the entrance to Gooiland. Very convenient!
