Museum aan het Vrijthof has a Grand Café, Maastricht Soiron. Here you can enjoy a Burgundian pie, for example, a Limburg pie with a Maastricht cup of coffee or cappuccino and a view of the Vrijthof. The kitchen serves local delicacies from the original Maastricht menu.
