De Werelt features 16 flexibly configurable meeting and breakout rooms, several of which can be combined to form larger halls. The location is suitable for gatherings of 10 to 350 people.

Food and drinks

De Werelt features its own restaurant and bar, where catering is handled entirely in-house. The kitchen works with local and seasonal products and tailors the menu to the type of event, such as lunches, dinners, or informal drinks.

Events and parties

De Werelt is suitable for various business events, from conferences and seminars to staff meetings and client appreciation days. Because overnight stays are possible on-site, the venue is often used for multi-day programs. This makes organizing complete events straightforward and practical, without the need to travel between locations.

Activities

The location in the heart of the Veluwe makes it easy to integrate activities into the program. Think of walks, outdoor sessions, or informal breaks in nature. This provides variety during a meeting and helps participants disconnect from the program for a moment.

Growing

Sustainability plays an increasingly important role within the hotel and in the choices they make daily. Wherever possible, they work with products from short supply chains, thereby limiting the impact on transport and the environment. Additionally, they actively focus on water and energy conservation without compromising guest comfort. They are aware that there are always steps to be taken and consciously incorporate this into their decision-making.

Accessibility and parking

De Werelt is centrally located in the Netherlands, in the middle of the Veluwe, and is easily accessible via the A1 (3 minutes from the exit). This makes the location easy to reach for guests from various regions.

Hotel rooms and overnight stays

De Werelt features 97 hotel rooms, suitable for both one-day and multi-day meetings. In addition, the venue has 48 bungalows available, allowing them to accommodate up to 500 guests in total.

Terms & conditions

In the event of cancellations, the DVA General Terms and Conditions apply, containing the following cancellation percentages calculated on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• More than 365 days before arrival date 30%
• Between 364 and 180 days before arrival date 50%
• Between 179 days and 90 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 89 days before arrival date 100%
