Conference rooms
Skydeck is an open event venue of approximately 1.000 m², located on the third floor beneath the Dome, suitable for business events of 300 people or more and available on Thursday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays. The Koepelplein is a central conference and event space of approximately 300 m² on the ground floor, suitable for gatherings of up to 300 people, featuring professional audiovisual technology and a flexible layout. Additionally, there are four glass event spaces for 35 to 70 people, suitable for presentations, masterclasses, and workshops in a professional, light-filled setting. The double meeting cells are compact spaces for 2 to 10 people, ideal for focused meetings with privacy. Cinema halls are available for large events with multiple breakout rooms.

Activities
You can book a guided tour of the Koepel, led by a former warden. During this tour, you will get a unique glimpse into the national monument and the completely renovated former penal prison. You will hear remarkable and sometimes spectacular stories, including escape tales from the past. The tour is led by former warden Marc de Groot or by guides Aad and Henk, who will take you through the building and tell you about its history, the renovation, and the architectural details.

De Koepel in Haarlem scores on all added values: repurposed heritage, gas-free, and an ecosystem for social impact. The national monument has been carefully renovated and sustainably equipped with, among other things, a geothermal heat pump system, heat recovery units, and LED lighting. The building is completely gas-free and uses sustainable energy. CupolaXS functions as an ecosystem for startups and organizations with social impact and offers an inclusive meeting place for Haarlem. De Koepel is centrally located in Haarlem, within walking distance of the city centre and the train station. If you are arriving by car, parking is available via ParkBee De Koepel, entering from the Papentorenvest side. If you are travelling by public transport, the Haarlem, Papentorenvest bus stop is located approximately a 1-minute walk from the venue.
