Accessibility and parking

DeFabrique is centrally located in Utrecht, making the event location perfectly accessible for crew, speakers and guests from all over the world. You can reach the car park in no time via the A2 and it is a fifteen-minute walk from Maarssen station. The location has 700 free parking spaces.

In the event of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, which include the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated based on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date 100%
