It also offers a fantastic view of the Amsterdam skyline. The packages include room rental and audiovisual equipment such as a projector, sound and projection screen as standard. BCN Amsterdam Arena has a brand new restaurant for lunch and dinner on the 4th floor. Furthermore, all packages including coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, candy bars and fruit are available to you in the coffee lounges throughout the day. An extensive lunch buffet awaits you at noon, including vegetarian options. Finally, an energy break will be prepared for you in the afternoon between 14:30 PM and 15:30 PM, consisting of various snacks, fresh drinks, yogurt and fruit. This only applies if a package including lunch is chosen.

BCN operates sustainably and consciously, with a focus on people, the environment, and society. The kitchens use fresh, local, and seasonal products for healthy, responsible lunches. Food waste is actively reduced through a partnership with Too Good To Go. All locations have coffee lounges with unlimited, waste-free drinks. The Green Key Gold certification underscores this commitment. Responsible choices are key: energy-efficient equipment, hybrid meetings to reduce travel, and digital working methods with minimal paper use. Recycled paper is used where necessary. Equal opportunities and inclusivity are explicitly emphasized. Through a partnership with JINC, young people are supported with short-term internships and job application training.
