The unique and modern meeting location Atrium Meeting Center offers a suitable room for every meeting. Atrium Meeting Center has a high-end Auditorium for 122 people and 17 different flexible spaces, with the Foyer being the largest space at 230 m2 with a capacity of up to 275 people in a theater setting or 330 people in a reception setup. The rooms can be rented per day, per half day or per hour in any desired configuration, which are suitable for training, meetings, seminars & workshops; only the Auditorium has a permanent cinema setup. The rooms are equipped with comfortable and modern leather chairs, fast WiFi and the latest AV equipment such as a flat screen, speakers, beamer and projection screen. Other AV equipment can be provided on request. In addition, the Atrium Meeting Center has two connecting foyers, ideal for your registration, reception, lunch, break, drinks or dinner.

Food and drinks

Good food is essential and provides a fresh and energetic boost! Atrium Meeting Centre provides high-quality catering in collaboration with Famous Flavours, including a superfood yogurt bar, a fresh macaron break, and a healthy, daily changing lunch featuring fresh salads, hot dishes, and a wide variety of fresh sandwiches. Customized drinks and dinners are also available. Famous Flavours aims to stimulate all the senses and uses only the finest and healthiest seasonal ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available at Atrium Meeting Centre. Outdoor dining is available on the terrace in the summer.

Events and parties

Atrium Meeting Center is suitable for company parties, walking dinners and networking events. Adjacent to the Auditorium is the Foyer which can be used in combination with the Auditorium. You can also use this space perfectly for drinks, product launches, graduation ceremonies or a plenary session of a seminar.

Atrium Meeting Center is located in the famous Atrium Building. Atrium stands for sustainability, in every sense of the word. The Atrium is BREEAM certified. The Center Building has been awarded the Breeam In Use certificate 'Very Good'. Atrium is known for its glass frame, which provides daylight. Besides the fact that the glass frame has a modern look, this offers the opportunity to use sustainable energy as much as possible. Lights respond to movement and automatically adjust to the amount of daylight in the room.

Accessibility and parking

Atrium Meeting Center is located in the Atrium Building on the Amsterdam Zuidas. Schiphol Airport is a 15-minute train ride away. In addition, trains, metros, buses and trams stop right in front of the Atrium Meeting Center. If you prefer to come by car, you can park safely in one of the 521 parking spaces in the Atrium parking garage, which is also equipped with electric charging points. Parking costs €2,00 per 20 minutes. Parking on account is possible, provided that you provide the license plates of the desired cars in advance by e-mail to the Meeting Experts of Onemeeting. They would like to receive the license plates no later than 48 hours before your meeting. Parking costs €12,00 for 4 hours, €24,00 for 8 hours and €36,00 for 12 hours.

Terms & conditions

In case of cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry apply (UVH) which includes the following cancellation percentages, which are calculated on the reservation value applicable at that time:

• More than 6 months before arrival date: 0%
• Between 3 months and 6 months before arrival date: 10%
• Between 2 months and 3 months before arrival date: 15%
• Between 1 month and 2 months before arrival date: 35%
• Between 14 days and 1 month before arrival date: 60%
• Between 7 days and 14 days before arrival date: 85%
• Within 7 days before arrival date: 100%
